Present – Tense Verbs
The tense of a verb tells when the action takes place.
Present- tense verb tell about actions that happen now.
The rabbit hops away.
Add –s to present tense verbs that tell about one person or thing. Add –es if the verb ends with s, ch, sh, x, or z.
Eg.
